In getting the best of their abilities, using those abilities well in a team and building productive relationships with other team members. The go:graduate programme will equip each with the Skill and Will to release the potential of their promise and make contribute to their employer and their industry.   We develop the high-performers of the future.

go:graduate is centred around developing behavioural skills. The behaviours that will help each meet the challenges of a developing career and behaviour that will be the platform for their vocational and technical skills.  As more organisations offer a promise of Values, the graduate will be increasingly required to be representatives of those values.

The programme covers three areas of development:

  • Building Self Awareness
  • Behavioural Competence
  • Achieving with Others

How will it be delivered?

Group Learning Events delivered in a flexible format with options of:

  • A series of monthly events for spaced growth of talent and transfer and review of learning
  • A week long programme with evening exercises and guest speakers
  • In-Person, Virtual or Blended Learning
