Within the group will be the Leaders and Shapers of the industry in years to come. This programme is designed to be the memorable basis that they refer to as that career develops.
go:graduate will build confidence and competence in their own abilities, recognise the same in others and provide the basis of a productive contribution to the teams and projects that are part of their early career.
In getting the best of their abilities, using those abilities well in a team and building productive relationships with other team members. The go:graduate programme will equip each with the Skill and Will to release the potential of their promise and make contribute to their employer and their industry. go:graduate is centred around developing behavioural skills. The behaviours that will help each meet the challenges of a developing career and behaviour that will be the platform for their vocational and technical skills. As more organisations offer a promise of Values, the graduate will be increasingly required to be representatives of those values.

How will it be delivered?
Group Learning Events delivered in a flexible format with options of:
- A series of monthly events for spaced growth of talent and transfer and review of learning
- A week long programme with evening exercises and guest speakers
- In-Person, Virtual or Blended Learning
