We were delighted to kick off a brand‑new Graduate Development Programme with Amcor last week, beginning with an energising first session in Barcelona.
The opening session centred on Insights Discovery, helping graduates understand their own styles, recognise the preferences of others, and build stronger, more effective working relationships from day one. It set a brilliant foundation for the months ahead.
Over the coming months, we’ll be guiding the cohort through a series of practical, highly interactive modules designed to help them grow as emerging leaders and make a meaningful impact in their roles.
