Offshore Supervisor Leadership is a 2 day workshop developed as a result of over 20 years experience in delivering management and leadership skills in Oil and Gas. Participants develop practical leadership skills for immediate use on an asset or terminal.

Highly interactive, Offshore Supervisor Leadership draws on participants personal experience with practice on real, recognisable supervisor scenarios. The number of participants per training course are limited to maximise impact. The Offshore Leadership Programme is delivered in Virtual and In-Class formats
- A two-day group event of learning, practice and feedback with experienced Facilitators in offshore and remote asset leadership skills.
- A series of four, half-day modules of live, interactive facilitation via video-conference in offshore and remote asset leadership skills.
Each includes 60 minutes of post-programme Coaching for each participant in applying the skills. Each programme is tailored and specific to your organisation so that the learning is directly relevant to your day to day offshore supervisor leadership.
