Mentoring Skills

Our Mentoring programme will provide support and motivation in career planning and development and provide a confidential review of strategies and decisions.

Programme Overview

Our Mentoring programme will provide support and motivation in career planning and development and provide a confidential review of strategies and decisions. Access to a Mentor with experience will build confidence and skills in the Mentee while minimising the risk of sub-optimal decisions or practice. Used across the organisation, it can cross-fertilise the skills from one part or division to another. The benefits to a Mentee are considerable.

There are also benefits to the Mentor. The ability to share experience offers a rewarding experience and ongoing legacy to a Mentor. The Mentor builds relationships in the company and develops a vested interest in relevant people development. A good mentoring partnership can provide a focussed edge in career development , better working relationships, and greater perspective on life purpose.
